Thriving: Constant Active Yielding
Things in nature that thrive do so because the conditions are right. A plant that is in the right place with the right soil, appropriate amounts of sun and rain will thrive.
The Christian life is similiar. For us to thrive requires living in connection with Jesus. In order to better understand what this looks like, we will study a section from the Gospel of Mark where Jesus Himself will tell us how to be connected to Him.
Then we will see what it looks like through a biographical look at the life of David.
Our goal will be to seek to deepen our roots in Jesus allowing Him to bear fruit through us in word and deed.
The study is taught in an interactive inductive manner primarily by Steve Kilgore and David Muchmore.
